Our verdict

Casablanca is more a city to live in than to visit: Morocco's economic capital, few monuments apart from the Hassan II Mosque (the world's 3rd largest, open to non-Muslims). August is my favourite month (9.6/10): 20-27°C, 1% rain, Atlantic breezes that cool things down (Marrakech 240 km away is at 38°C at the same time).
