Cancun is the all-inclusive Mexican beach resort par excellence: Hotel Zone built on a 16 miles sand-bar island, 30 million visitors/year. March-April are my favorite months (8.7-8.8/10): 73-84°F, 25-30% rain, turquoise sea at 77°F, end of the American high season.
